Level of occupational stress in nursing staff working in the emergency service of a private clinic - 2021

Abstract

Stress corresponds to a common disease in any work space. However, nowadays it is known that it has a more pronounced incidence in health personnel due to their constant coexistence with the triggering factors. Objective: To be able to determine the level of work stress in nursing staff who provide care in the emergency service of a particular clinic. Material and method: This project has a quantitative approach, with a descriptive research, with a cross-sectional section, the staff will be previously selected using the inclusion and exclusion method already mentioned in this work; the technique that will be applied corresponds to the survey and the information collection instrument to measure the stress level will be: the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI), which was developed by Maslach and Jackson in the period 1981, is a Spanish version instrument consisting of 03 dimensions, and 22 items, which is valued on a Likert-type scale.

El estrés corresponde a una enfermedad frecuente en cualquier espacio de trabajo. Sin embargo, hoy en día se conoce que tiene una más acentuada incidencia en el personal sanitario por su constante convivencia con los factores desencadenantes. Objetivo: Poder determinar el nivel de estrés laboral en el personal de enfermería que presta atención en el servicio de emergencia de una clínica particular. Material y método: Este proyecto tiene un enfoque cuantitativo, con una investigación descriptiva, con un corte transversal, el personal será previamente seleccionado utilizando el método de inclusión y exclusión ya mencionados en este trabajo; la técnica que se aplicará corresponde a la encuesta y el instrumento de relevamiento de información para medir el nivel de estrés será: el Inventario de Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI), que fuera desarrollado por Maslach y Jacksson en el periodo 1981, es un instrumento de versión española constituido por 03 dimensiones, y 22 ítems, que se valora en escala tipo Likert.
