Objective: Systematize the evidence on the effectiveness of the treatment scheme that includes bedaquiline for bacteriological conversion at the sixth month in patients with multidrug-resistant tuberculosis. Materials and Methods: Systematic, observational and retrospective review that synthesizes the results of multiple primary investigations. They are an essential part of evidence-based nursing due to their rigorous methodology, identifying relevant studies to answer specific questions of clinical practice, the search has been restricted to articles with full text, and the selected articles were subjected to critical reading. using the grade system to assign recommendation strength. In the final selection, 10 international research articles were chosen, where we found that 20% (02) corresponds to Italy, 20% (02) South Africa, with 10% (1) France, Belarus, England, China, Canada, India. These were found in the Pubmed database. Among the high evidence articles we find 50% of the countries of India, Canada, China, Italy and England. And with 50% moderate evidence to France, Italy, Belarus, South Africa Results: 100% of the reviewed articles (n=10/10) show that bedaquiline has the potential to achieve high sputum culture conversion rates at the sixth month of treatment in patients with tuberculosis.
Resumen
Objetivo: Sistematizar la evidencia sobre la efectividad del esquema de tratamiento que incluye bedaquilina para la conversión bacteriológica al sexto mes en pacientes con tuberculosis multidrogoresistente. Materiales y Métodos: Revisión Sistemática, observacional y retrospectivo que sintetiza los resultados de múltiples investigaciones primarias. Son parte esencial de la enfermería basada en la evidencia por su rigurosa metodología, identificando los estudios relevantes para responder preguntas específicas de la práctica clínica, la búsqueda se ha restringido a artículos con texto completo, y los artículos seleccionados se sometieron a una lectura crítica, utilizando el sistema grade para asignar la fuerza de recomendación. En la selección definitiva se eligieron 10 artículos de investigaciones internacionales, ,donde encontramos que El 20% (02) corresponde a Italia, 20%(02) Sudáfrica, con un 10% (1) Francia, Bielorrusia, Inglaterra, China, Canadá, India. Estos fueron hallados en la base de datos de Pubmed. Entre los artículos de alta evidencia encontramos con un 50% a los países de India, Canadá, China, Italia e Inglaterra. Y con un 50% de moderada evidencia a Francia, Italia, Bielorrusia, Sudáfrica Resultados: El 100% de los artículos revisados (n=10/10) muestran que bedaquilina tiene el potencial de lograr altas tasas de conversión de cultivo de esputo al sexto mes de tratamiento en pacientes con tuberculosis
