Level of knowledge and practice of the nursing staff in the kangaroo method in the neonatology service of the San Juan de Lurigancho Hospital, Lima 2022.

Abstract

The main purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and practice by nursing professionals in the kangaroo method in the neonatology service of the San Juan de Lurigancho Hospital, Lima 2022. A quantitative approach was used, with applied research type, descriptive and correlational level, and a non-experimental, cross-sectional design. The population consisted of 90 nursing professionals from the nursing service, to whom two questionnaires were applied, one for the variable of knowledge level and the other for practices. These questionnaires are validated, with reliability, and the information will be processed using the SPSS statistical software version 26.0 to obtain the results of descriptive and inferential analysis.

El estudio tuvo como propósito principal Determinar la relación entre el nivel de conocimiento y práctica por parte del profesional de enfermería en el método de canguro en el servicio de neonatología del Hospital de San Juan de Lurigancho, Lima 2022. , empleado un enfoque cuantitativo, con tipo de investigación aplicada, con un nivel descriptivo y correlacional con un diseño no experimental, y corte transversal, considerando una población de 90 profesionales de enfermería del servicio de enfermería, que se aplicaran dos cuestionario uno para la variable nivel de conocimientos y para la otra variable prácticas, los cuales están validados y con su confiabilidad y se procesaran la información mediante el programa de estadístico SPSS versión 26.0 para obtener los resultados del análisis descriptivo e inferencial.
