Level of mothers' satisfaction with the quality of nursing care in children under 2 years of age at the San Luis Health Center, 2022

Abstract

The objective of the research work is to determine the relationship that exists between the level of satisfaction of mothers and the quality of nursing care in children under 2 years of age at the San Luis Health Center, 2022. Research Method: The method of Research is the deductive hypothetical, which supports that specialized hypotheses do not come from information, but are the result of human creativity. The sample population is made up of ninety-two respondents (92) out of a population of 170 people. The data collection technique was the survey. The instruments that were applied were two questionnaires. Results: It was shown that there is a correlation that indicates a degree of very significant and direct relationship between the two variables of the study with a Spearman's Rho coefficient of 0.768**. Conclusions: The level of satisfaction in its technical-scientific, human and environmental dimensions in its correlation values ​​had 0.645, 0.773 and 0.622 respectively, also having a degree of very significant direct relationship with the quality of care. Therefore, the nursing staff has a good average satisfaction on the part of the mothers of children under 2 years of age who attend the health center.

El trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre el nivel de satisfacción de las madres y la calidad de atención de enfermería en niños menores de 2 años en Centro de Salud San Luis, 2022. Método de Investigación: El método de la investigación es el hipotético deductivo, que sustenta que las hipótesis especializadas no proceden de la información, sino que es fruto de la creatividad humana. La población muestral está conformada por noventa y dos encuestadas (92) de una población de 170 personas. La técnica de recolección de datos fue la encuesta. Los instrumentos que se aplicaron fueron dos cuestionarios. Resultados: Se demostró que existe una correlación que señala un grado de relación muy significativa y directa entre las dos variables del estudio con un coeficiente Rho de Spearman 0,768**. Conclusiones: El nivel de satisfacción en sus dimensiones técnica-científica, humana y entorno en sus valores de correlación tuvieron 0,645, 0,773 y 0,622 respectivamente teniendo también un grado de relación muy significativa directa con la calidad de atención. Por lo que el personal de enfermería presente una buena satisfacción media por parte de las madres de los niños menores de 2 años que asisten al centro de salud.
