Characterization of the variation in the physiological parameters of the newborn during music therapy in the neonatology service, neonatal intensive care area, central hospital of the Peruvian air force, period February - September 2021

Abstract

This work aims to: Characterize the variation of the physiological parameters of the newborn during music therapy in the neonatology service, neonatal intensive care area of ​​the Central Hospital of the Air Force of Peru, period February-September 2021. The study is observational. , transversal descriptive. The sample population size will consist of approximately 18 neonates, which is the average number of neonates in the last five months according to the statistics evaluated, of neonates between 34 weeks and 37 weeks with gestational age, in the Neonatal Intensive Care area of ​​the Central Hospital. of the Peruvian Air Force, which have the selection criteria. The instrument will be the collection of information, which will be carried out through observation on a sheet with the physiological parameters of the newborn observed on a multiparameter monitor. Data collection will be by observing the physiological parameters before and after the musical intervention. The collection of these parameters will be recorded in a data sheet by the researcher, the data will be analyzed using descriptive statistics (the mean, the average, the sum, the standard deviation, the variance of vital functions).

Este trabajo tiene por Objetivo: Caracterizar la variación de los parámetros fisiológicos del recién nacido durante la musicoterapia en el servicio neonatología, área de cuidados intensivos neonatales Hospital Central de la Fuerza Aérea del Perú periodo febrero-setiembre del 2021. El estudio es de tipo observacional, descriptivo transversal. El tamaño población muestral estará constituida aproximadamente por 18 neonatos, que es el promedio de neonatos en los últimos cinco meses según las estadísticas evaluadas, de neonatos entre las 34 semanas y 37 semanas con edad gestacional, en el área de Cuidados Intensivos Neonatales del Hospital Central de la Fuerza Aérea del Perú, que tengan los criterios de selección. El instrumento será la recolección de información, que se realizará mediante la observación en una ficha con los parámetros fisiológicos del neonato observados en un monitor multiparámetro. La recolección de datos será observando los parámetros fisiológicos antes y después de la intervención musical. La recolección de dichos parámetros será registrada en una hoja de datos por la investigadora, se analizarán los datos por medio de una estadística descriptiva (la media, el promedio, la suma, la desviación estándar, la varianza de las funciones vitales).
