Level of work stress and attitude of the nursing professional in a San Isidro clinic, 2023

Abstract

Objective: To determine the level of work stress and its relationship with the attitude of the nursing professional in a San Isidro Clinic, 2023. Methodology: The method will be hypothetical-deductive, quantitative approach, applied type, cross-sectional correlational non-experimental design, The population for this project will take all the Nursing Personnel, made up of 90 elements, as it is a small and manageable population, the entire population will be taken, transforming it into a census sample. Two instruments were used for data collection. These instruments were used in another Peruvian study, validated by experts and with reliability, on the other hand, once the information was collected, the data were processed in the statistical program SPSS V26, it is concluded that there is a relationship between work stress and attitude towards work in hospital care workers. Likewise for Hinojosa in 2020, in Tacna the results determine that the students obtained a regular attitude and moderate stress reaching (84.21) and 25% a negative attitude. It concludes by identifying the stressful factors compared to pre-professional practices in items with higher percentages such as I have inadequate preparation (64.5%) and overload in my studies (60.5%).

Objetivo: Analizar el nivel de estrés laboral y su relación con la actitud del profesional de enfermería en una Clínica de San Isidro, 2023. Metodología: El método será hipotético–deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo, tipo aplicada, diseño no experimental correlacional de corte transversal, La población para este proyecto se tomará todo el Personal de Enfermería, conformado por 90 elementos, por ser una población pequeña y manejable se tomará toda la población transformándose en muestra censal. Para la recolección de datos se utilizaron dos instrumentos. Dichos instrumentos fueron utilizados en otro estudio peruano, validado por expertos y con confiabilidad, por otra parte, una vez recolectada la información, los datos fueron procesados en el programa estadístico SPSS V25, Se concluye que existe relación entre estrés laboral y actitud hacia el trabajo en los trabajadores asistenciales del hospital. Así mismo para Hinojosa en el 2020, en Tacna los resultados determinan que los estudiantes obtuvieron una regular actitud y el estrés moderado llegando a (84,21) y un 25% una actitud negativa. Concluye identificando los factores estresantes frente a las practicas pre- profesionales en ítems con porcentajes mayores como tengo preparación inadecuada (64,5%) y sobrecarga en mis estudios (60,5%).
