Knowledge and practices on biosecurity measures in nurses in the emergency department of a MINSA hospital, 2023

Abstract

The objective of the work will be to determine the level of relationship between the knowledge presented by the nursing staff of the security service and their level of practice due to biosecurity measures, in a health institution the MINSA, 2023. The methodology: we will work with a quantifiable approach in a nature not manipulable in a cross-sectional temporal section it is also of an applied type, in the case of the sample we will work with a number of 59 professionals from the emergency area, to obtain the data of the sample will be used a questionnaire for variable 1 of the author Herrera and a collation sheet for the practice of biosecurity measures Ramírez, which are already validated; Both instruments have a high level of reliability with a 0.767 and a 0.827, for the collection of information will last approximately 25 minutes, for each participant, for the analysis and interpretation will be made use of tables, graphs. Likewise, for the contracting of the Hypothesis, the Spearman Test will be used as a statistical estimate, which will work with a p less than 0.05, which will be reflected in the contingency table of both variables.

El trabajo tendrá como objetivo el poder determinar el nivel de relación entre el conocimiento que presenta el personal de enfermería del servicio de seguridad y su nivel de practica en razón de las medidas de bioseguridad, en una institución del MINSA, 2023. La metodología: se trabajará con un enfoque cuantificable en una naturaleza no manipulable en un corte temporal transversal además es de tipo aplicada, en el caso de la muestra se trabajará con una cantidad de 59 profesionales del área de emergencia, para obtener los datos de la muestra se utilizará un cuestionario para la variable 1 de la autora Herrera y una ficha de cotejo para la práctica de las medidas de bioseguridad Ramírez, los cuales ya están validados; ambos instrumentos tienen un alto nivel de fiabilidad con un 0.767 y un 0.827, para la recolección de la información se tendrá una duración aproximada de 25 minutos, para cada participante, para el análisis e interpretación se harán uso de tablas, gráficos. Asimismo, para la contratación de la Hipótesis, se utilizará cómo estimación estadística la Prueba de Spearman, el cual trabajará con un p menor al 0.05, el cual será plasmado en la tabla de contingencia de ambas variables.
