Stress and its relationship with job performance in the nursing professional of the emergency service of the Hospital Rezola Cañete - Peru 2021

Abstract

The present correlational level study has been developed that will provide information by obtaining the results on the level of stress and work performance since the nursing professional who works in the emergency service is in constant movement whenever in said area. There are very delicate patients with a compromised state of health, and this can influence their work performance, which is why this research will be able to visualize the relationship that exists between the variables with the purpose of creating strategies that guarantee good work performance that favor our patients who come to the different entities providing health services. OBJECTIVE: To analyze the relationship of stress and work performance in the nursing professional of the emergency service of the Rezola Hospital – Cañete – Peru 2021. MATERIALS AND METHODS: the research has a quantitative, applied approach, with a non-experimental design. cross. The population is 41 members of the nursing staff who work in the Emergency Service of Hospital Rezola Cañete and the instrument is the questionnaire.

El presente estudio de nivel correlacional se ha desarrollado que aportará información al obtener los resultados sobre el nivel de estrés y el desempeño laboral puesto que el profesional de enfermería que labora en el servicio de emergencia, se encuentra en constante movimiento toda vez que en dicho área se presentan pacientes muy delicados con estado de salud comprometida, pudiendo influenciar esto en su desempeño laboral, es por ello que esta investigación se podrá visualizar la relación que existe entre las variables con la finalidad que se puedan crear estrategias que garanticen un buen desempeño laboral que favorezca a nuestros pacientes que acuden a las diferentes entidades prestadoras de servicios de Salud. OBJETIVO: Analizar la relación de estrés y el desempeño laboral en el profesional de enfermería del servicio de emergencia del Hospital Rezola – Cañete – Perú 2021. MATERIALES Y MÉTODOS: la investigación tiene un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo aplicada, con diseño no experimental de corte transversal. La población es de 41 miembros del personal de enfermería que trabajan en el servicio de Emergencia de Hospital Rezola Cañete y el instrumento el cuestionario.
