The nursing mission in intensive care units is of great importance to address the high demand of patients in this setting. However, there are several limitations that complicate nursing tasks, which negatively impact the provision of humanized care for patients, leading to dissatisfaction and low levels of satisfaction. OBJECTIVE: To determine the relationship between humanized care and patient satisfaction in hospitalized patients in the Intensive Care Unit of the Centenario Peruano Japonesa Clinic, 2022. MATERIALS AND METHODS: It is applied, quantitative, observational, cross-sectional, and correlational. The sample will consist of 50 patients, and two questionnaires will be used as instruments.
Resumen
La misión enfermera en las unidades de cuidados intensivos encierra gran relevancia para atender la alta demanda de pacientes que se registra en dicho ámbito. Sin embargo, existe una serie de limitaciones que complican la labor enfermera, situación que va en detrimento de los cuidados humanizados hacia los pacientes, generando descontento y una escasa satisfacción. OBJETIVO: determinar cuál es la relación entre cuidado humanizado y satisfacción de pacientes hospitalizados en la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos de la Clínica Centenario Peruano Japonesa, 2022. MATERIALES Y MÉTODOS: es aplicada, cuantitativa, observacional, transversal y correlacional. La muestra será de 50 pacientes y los instrumentos que se van a aplicar son dos cuestionarios.
