This research entitled "Organizational climate and job satisfaction in the nursing staff of the surgical center service of public Lima- 2022" has as its study objective: To determine the relationship that exists between organizational climate and job satisfaction in the nursing staff surgical. Methodology: The hypothetical-deductive method will be used. Quantitative- correlational, cross-sectional, non-experimental study; population and sample of 45 nurses, 30 nursing technicians. The collection of information will be through the survey; the instruments to use are 02 questionnaires, for the variable Organizational Climate a questionnaire validated by the MINSA (Health Ministry) 2011 (Approved by RM N°468- 2011/MINSA) the reliability obtained a coefficient of 0.902 Cronbach's Alpha which indicates that the instrument has a very high reliability, and for the variable Job Satisfaction a questionnaire validated by the PhD. Sonia Palma Solís (2005) and after its modification by Rojas J. (2017) was revalidated by himself will be used. Both questionnaires were validated in 2017 by Rojas for his research study. The instrument for Organizational Climate had a reliability coefficient of 0.902 Cronbach's alpha. The instrument for Job Satisfaction had a reliability coefficient of 0.768 Cronbach's alpha, indicating that both instruments have high reliability. The collected data will be encoded and typed using the Microsoft Excel 2013 program (Code Table and Data Matrix Table). They will then be exported to the SPSS Version 25 statistical software for data analysis and subsequent statistical analysis.
Resumen
Determinar la relación que existe entre Clima Organizacional y Satisfacción Laboral en el personal de enfermería en el servicio de Centro Quirúrgico. Metodología: hipotético-deductivo. Estudio: cuantitativo-correlacional, transversal, no experimental. Población y muestra; 75 trabajadores conformado por 45 licenciadas en Enfermería y 30 técnicos de Enfermería. Se usó la encuesta para recojo de información, 01 cuestionario para cada variable, ambos validados por juicio de experto del Metodólogo Dr. Efraín Gómez Briceño. Obtuvieron alto nivel de confiabilidad, por lo que será aplicado en la investigación.
