Job satisfaction and hospital working conditions of health personnel from the emergency service of the Cayetano Heredia National Hospital, Peru 2019

Abstract

The objective of the research carried out was "Determine the relationship between both study variables: Job Satisfaction and working conditions of Health personnel in a hospital institution" Materials and Methods: The work carried out was with a quantitative approach of applied type, it was used cross-sectional and non-experimental design", Pearson's r was applied to relate both variables and a relationship of (r = 0.544) was obtained, the Chisquare test has a value of 78,078 and significance less than 0.05, considering then that if there is a high level of correlation between both variables studied.

El objetivo de la investigación realizada fue “Determinar la relación entre ambas variables de estudio: Satisfacción Laboral y condiciones de trabajo del personal de Salud en una institución hospitalaria” Materiales y Métodos: El trabajo realizado fue con un enfoque cuantitativo de tipo aplicada, se usó el corte transversal y de diseño no experimental”, se aplicó r de pearson para relacionar ambas variables y se obtuvo una relación de (r = 0.544), la prueba Chi cuadrado tiene como valor 78,078 y menor a 0.05 de significancia, considerando entonces que si existe un alto nivel de correlación entre ambas variables estudiadas.
