Adherence to treatment in patients with depression at the Community Mental Health Center San Gabriel Alto Villa Maria del Triunfo, 2020

Abstract

Introduction: According to WHO, in the current year (2020), Depressive mental disorder has been reflected in human beings as an indicator and main cause followed by disability worldwide; more than enough admiration to start worrying. Depression is also defined as a pathological mental deficiency because it presents determining traits in the person such as mood decline, nostalgia, despondency, negative thoughts, lack of interest in everything, weakness of self-esteem and low psychosomatic performance and somatic symptoms. Objective: Determine adherence to treatment in patients with Depression at the San Gabriel Alto Community Mental Health Center 2020 Methodology: A quantitative approach study will be carried out, applied type, descriptive level, non-experimental design, cross-sectional. The study population will be composed of 80 users with depression who are treated at the San Gabriel Alto Community Mental Health Center, the questionnaire on “Morisky Medication Adherence” will be applied as an instrument. The data obtained will be tabulated and statistically processed, applying the SPSS 22 statistical package and Excel.

Introducción: Según OMS hace referencia en el presente año (2020), el trastorno mental Depresivo se ha visto reflejado en los seres humanos como indicador y causa principal seguido luego de incapacidad a nivel mundial; admiración más que suficiente para empezar a preocuparnos. La depresión definida también como deficiencia mental patológica por presentar rasgos determinantes en la persona como el decaimiento anímico, nostalgia, abatimiento, pensamientos negativos, desinterés por todo, debilidad del amor propio y bajo rendimiento psicosomático y síntomas somático. Objetivo: Determinar la adherencia al tratamiento en pacientes con Depresión en el Centro de Salud Mental Comunitario San Gabriel Alto 2020 Metodología: Se realizará un estudio de enfoque cuantitativo, tipo aplicada, nivel descriptivo, diseño no experimental, corte trasversal. La población del estudio estará compuesta por 80 usuarios con depresión que se atienden en el Centro de Salud Mental Comunitario San Gabriel Alto, se les aplicara como instrumento el cuestionario sobre “Adherencia a la Medicación de Morisky”. Los datos obtenidos serán tabulados y procesados estadísticamente, aplicando el paquete estadístico SPSS 22, y Excel.
