Level of anxiety and the relationship with the level of satisfaction of nursing care in family members of psychiatric patients who attend the INSM emergency service Honorio Delgado-Hideyo Noguchi, Lima 2022

Abstract

Objective: Determine the relationship between the level of anxiety and the level of satisfaction with nursing care in relatives of psychiatric patients who attend the INSM emergency service Honorio Delgado-Hideyo Noguchi, 2022. Materials and methods: hypothetical deductive methods Quantitative, descriptive, cross-sectional, and non-experimental design, with a population of 80 relatives of psychiatric patients who attend the INSM Honorio Delgado-Hideyo emergency service Noguchi, in the period of June - July 2022, the anxiety level will be measured, which was used as the Hamilton anxiety scale with 13 items and 4 response options for psychological anxiety and somatic anxiety with Results: 40 to 52, medium 16 to 36, mild 16 to 25. Level of satisfaction with nursing care in family was measured with a Likert scale with 4 response options and a 24-hour questionnaire was used. Information, human warmth and comfort, and technical and scientific items, obtaining the satisfaction rating scale as: Low (24-55), Medium (56-88) and High (89-120). Results: The effects will be displayed in statistical tables and graphs, using measures of central tendency for quantitative analysis. Conclusions: This research will allow us to improve the level of anxiety and the level of satisfaction with nursing care in family members of psychiatric patients who attend the emergency service, taking into account productivity for the benefit of patients and the institution.

Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre el nivel de ansiedad y el nivel de satisfacción del cuidado enfermero en familiares de pacientes psiquiátricos que acude al servicio de emergencia INSM Honorio Delgado-Hideyo Noguchi, 2022. Materiales y métodos: métodos hipotéticos deductivo Enfoque cuantitativo, descriptivo, corte transversal, y de diseño no experimental, con una población 80 familiares de pacientes psiquiátricos que acude al servicio de emergencia INSM Honorio Delgado-Hideyo Noguchi, en el periodo de Junio – Julio del 2022, se realizará nivel de ansiedad, que se empleó es la escala de ansiedad de Hamilton con 13 ítems y 4 opciones de respuesta de ansiedad psíquica y ansiedad somática con Resultados: 40 a 52, mediano 16 a 36, leve 16 a 25. nivel de satisfacción del cuidado enfermero en familiar se tuvo con escala Likert con 4 opciones de respuesta y se usó un cuestionario de 24 ítems de Información, calidez humana y confort y técnica y científica, obteniendo la escala valorativa de satisfacción como: Baja (24-55), Media (56-88) y Alta (89-120). Resultados: Los efectos serán exhibidos en tablas y gráficos estadísticos, utilizando las medidas de tendencia central para el análisis cuantitativo. Conclusiones: Esta investigación nos permitirá mejorar el nivel de ansiedad y el nivel de satisfacción del cuidado enfermero en familiares de pacientes psiquiátricos que acude al servicio de emergencia, teniendo en cuanta la productividad en beneficio de los pacientes y de la institución.
