Healthy lifestyles and their relationship with degrees of arterial hypertension in users from 30 to 59 years of age who come to the santa Cruz Policlinic- Essalud Miraflores 2020

Abstract

The reality of high blood pressure in people tends to expose the need to maintain a higher quality lifestyle, where the objective will be: To determine the relationship between healthy lifestyles and the degrees of high blood pressure in users aged 30 to 59 years who attend the Santa Cruz - ESSALUD Miraflores polyclinic, 2020. The methodology will be correlational and non-experimental, with a sample of 112 patients, collecting data through the questionnaire. The results will expose the relationship between the study variables, where the evaluation of their incidence will be maintained and a response will be offered for each objective stated. Meanwhile, the conclusions will show a clear conception of the objectives stated, consequently, of the identification of the problem and collecting information on the results.

La realidad de la hipertensión arterial en las personas tiende a exponer la necesidad de mantener un estilo de vida de mayor calidad, en donde el objetivo planteado será: Determinar la relación entre los estilos de vida saludable y los grados de hipertensión arterial en los usuarios de 30 a 59 años de edad que acuden al policlínico Santa Cruz – ESSALUD Miraflores, 2020 la metodología será de diseño correlacional y no experimental, con una muestra de 112 pacientes, recolectando los datos por medio del cuestionario. Los resultados expondrán la relación entre las variables de estudio, en donde se mantendrá la evaluación de la incidencia de estas mismas y ofrecimiento de respuesta para cada objetivo planteado. Mientras que, las conclusiones evidenciarán una clara concepción de los objetivos planteados, en consecuencia, de la identificación del problema y recolectando información de los resultados.
