Nursing care in adult patients with asthma exacerbations admitted to the emergency service in a national hospital - 2020

Abstract

The present research project aims to determine the nursing care in adult patients with asthma exacerbations who enter the emergency service in a national hospital - 2020. A quantitative approach study, descriptive method, cross-sectional and observational design will be carried out. The study population will be made up of 150 nursing professionals who work in the Emergency Service in a National Hospital. The sampling that will be used will be simple random probability sampling with 108 nursing professionals. For data collection, the technique that will be used will be observation and an Observation Guide as a measuring instrument. The statistical analysis method will be done by coding the information obtained in the field work, through the Microsoft Excel 2019 Program and the SPSS Statistical Program version 25.0, to report the findings in tables and figures.

El presente proyecto de investigación tiene como objetivo determinar los cuidados de enfermería en pacientes adultos con exacerbaciones de asma que ingresan al servicio de emergencia en un hospital nacional – 2020 Se realizará un estudio de enfoque cuantitativo, método descriptivo, de corte transversal y de diseño observacional. la población de estudio estará conformada por 150 Enfermería que laboran en el Servicio de Emergencia en un Hospital Nacional. El Muestreo que se utilizará será el muestreo probabilístico aleatorio simple con 108 Enfermería, Para la recoleccion de datos la técnica que se utilizará será la observación y como instrumento de medición una Guía de Observación. El método de análisis estadístico, se hará codificando la información obtenida en el trabajo de campo, a través del Programa Microsoft Excel 2019 y el Programa Estadístico SPSS versión 25.0, para reportar los hallazgos en tablas y figuras.
