Level of satisfaction and its relationship with the academic performance of nursing students in the I cycle of Norbert Wiener University, Lima 2023

Abstract

For the development of this study, the general objective was to determine the level of satisfaction and its relationship with the academic performance of the nursing students of the first cycle of the Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, Lima 2023; for which a hypothetical deductive method was used, a type of applied research with a non-experimental design and correlational level. The sample consisted of 252 students belonging to the Professional School of Nursing I of the Norbert Wiener University. The results showed a considerable and significant positive correlation coefficient (r = 0. ,907** p < 0.001). It is concluded that there is a significant relationship between the level of satisfaction and the academic performance of the nursing students of the I cycle of the Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, Lima 2023.

Objetivo: Determinar el nivel de satisfacción y su relación con el rendimiento académico de los estudiantes de enfermería del I ciclo de la Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, Lima 2023. Material y métodos: Hipotético deductivo, un tipo de investigación aplicada con un diseño no experimental y de nivel correlacional. La muestra estuvo conformada por 252 por estudiantes pertenecientes a la Escuela Profesional de Enfermería del I de la Universidad Norbert Wiener. Los resultados arrojaron un coeficiente de correlación positiva considerable y significativa (r = 0. ,907** p < 0.001). Se concluye que existe relación significativa entre el nivel de satisfacción y el rendimiento académico de los estudiantes de enfermería del I ciclo de la Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, Lima 2023.
