Quality of nursing care and its relationship with the satisfaction of user couples who attend the topical service of the CEFRA Lima 2023 Fertility and Assisted Reproduction Center

Abstract

Objective: Analyze the relationship between the quality of nursing care and the satisfaction of user couples who attend the Topical Service of the Center for Fertility and Assisted Reproduction CEFRA Lima 2023. Methodology: A quantitative, applied, non-experimental study approach was developed. correlational, cross-sectional; The population was made up of 112 users who were randomly selected from the Topical Service of the CEFRA Lima Fertility and Assisted Reproduction Center. Results. In the study, the 112 couple users are aged 18 to 26 years 30%, 27 to 35 years 24%, 36 to 45 years 46%; In terms of education there is primary 2.7%, higher 58.9%, secondary 38.4%; In marital status there are single 40.2%, married 15.2%, cohabiting 42%, others 2.7%; in level of worry or nervousness, temporary work 17.9%, stable work 42.9%, other activities 2.7% housewife 36.6%. In the first specific objective there is high satisfaction with quality of care, average at 37.5%. In the second specific objective and high satisfaction with high quality of care at 25.9%. In the third specific objective, there is high satisfaction with quality of care, average 31.3%. In the general objective, there is high satisfaction with average quality of care at 34.8%.

Metodología: Se desarrolló enfoque de estudio cuantitativo, aplicado, no experimental, correlacional, de corte transversal; La población fue constituida por 112 usuarios el cual fueron seleccionados en forma aleatoria del Servicio de Tópico del Centro de Fertilidad y Reproducción Asistida CEFRA Lima.
