Knowledge and compliance with the vaccination schedule in mothers of children under 5 years of age, health center – Chosica, 2024

Abstract

The objective of this research is to determine the relationship between knowledge and compliance with the vaccination schedule in children under 5 years of age, Jicamarca-Chosica Health Center, 2024. The methodology: hypothetical deductive method, non-experimental design, quantitative approach, descriptive, applied, correlational, cross-sectional; The sample will consist of 112 mothers of children under 5 years of age, Jicamarca-Chosica Health Center, 2024, the instruments that will be used for the research work are a questionnaire to measure knowledge and a questionnaire to measure compliance with the vaccination schedule based on the national vaccination scheme of the Minsa. The collection of information will last approximately 35 minutes per subject of the sample; With their tabulated answers, a database will be organized that will be analyzed by Spss 26.0, which will provide tables and graphs with their respective interpretation. Likewise, to test the hypothesis, Spearman's Rho test with a 95% confidence level will be used as a statistical estimation, with which the study hypotheses can be tested.

Esta investigación tiene como Objetivo: Determinar la relación que existe entre el conocimiento y cumplimiento del esquema de vacunación en niños menores de 5 años, Centro de Salud Jicamarca Chosica, 2024. La metodología: metodo hipotetico deductivo, diseño no experimental, de enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo descriptivo, aplicada, correlacional, de corte transversal; la muestra estará constituida por 112 madres de niños menores de 5 años, Centro de Salud Jicamarca- Chosica, 2024, los instrumentos que se usaran para el trabajo de investigación un cuestionario para medir el conocimiento y una ficha de coterjo para medir el cumplimiento del esquema de vacunación basda en el esquema nacional de vacunacion del Minsa. La recopilación de información tendrá una duración aproximada de 35 minutos por sujeto de la muestra; con sus respuestas tabuladas se organizara una base de datos que será analizada por el Spss 26.0 que brindará tablas y gráficos con su respectiva interpretación. Asimismo, para probar la hipótesis se utilizará como estimación estadística la prueba de Rho de Spearman con un nivel de confianza del 95%, con lo cual se podrá comprobar las hipótesis de estudio.
