Risk factors associated with acute myocardial infarction in patients admitted to the emergency department of a Lima hospital, 2021

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the risk factors associated with acute myocardial infarction in patients admitted to the emergency service of a hospital in Lima 2021. Material and method: This research project uses the deductive method, with a quantitative approach, basic type and Cross-sectional descriptive design, Retrospective; sample population: will be made up of 105 medical records of patients diagnosed with acute myocardial infarction, who were admitted to the emergency service of a hospital in Lima, during the period from January to December 2021, selected according to the proposed inclusion and exclusion criteria, No The sample selection was carried out since the total population is used in the research. Technique and instrument for data collection: For the variable risk factors associated with acute myocardial infarction, the survey technique will be used, and the instrument to be used will be the collection form called “risk factors associated with acute myocardial infarction in patients.” who enter the emergency service of a hospital in Lima 2021.” Statistical analysis: for the descriptive quantitative analysis, frequency tables, trend and dispersion measurements, as well as graphic representation will be carried out.

Objetivo: Analizar cuáles son los factores de riesgo asociados al infarto agudo de miocardio en pacientes que ingresan al servicio de emergencia de un hospital de Lima 2021. Material y método: Este proyecto de investigación utiliza el método deductivo, con enfoque cuantitativo, tipo básica y de diseño Descriptivo transversal, Retrospectivo; población muestral: estará formada por 105 Historias clínicas de pacientes diagnosticado con infarto agudo de miocardio, que ingresaron al servicio de emergencia de un hospital de lima, durante el periodo de enero a diciembre 2021 seleccionados de acuerdo a criterios de inclusión y exclusión planteados, No se realizó la selección de la muestra ya que se utiliza la población total en la investigación. Técnica e instrumento para recolección de datos: Para la variable factores de riesgo asociados a infarto agudo de miocardio, se utilizará la técnica encuesta, y el instrumento a utilizar será la ficha de recolección denominado “factores de riesgo asociados al infarto agudo de miocardio en pacientes que ingresan al servicio de emergencia de un hospital de Lima 2021”. Análisis estadísticos: para el análisis cuantitativo descriptivo se realizará tablas de frecuencias, medidas de tendencia y de dispersión, así como también representación gráfica.
