Nursing care related to the management of polytraumatized patients in the emergency medical care service, Ica 2022

Abstract

The management of the polytraumatized patient is a great responsibility for the health personnel, in this aspect, the nursing personnel must reflect their great knowledge and capacity for timely and rapid care of the same. Objective: To determine the relationship of nursing care in the management of polytraumatized patients and the emergency medical care service, Ica-2022. Justification: It will benefit the patient through solution strategies for an immediate approach by the nurse at the time of the emergency, since the first minutes of handling the polytraumatized patient are of vital importance, contributing to keeping the injured person alive. Method: applied, quantitative, correlational and cross-sectional study. The sample will be 83 nurses, the survey will be used to apply two questionnaires to the target population, they are validated and reliable to measure the variables in question. The collected data will be processed in SPSS 25 and the hypotheses will be tested using the statistical test of Spearman's correlation coefficient given the qualitative nature of the variables.

El manejo del paciente politraumatizado es una responsabilidad grande para el personal de salud, en este aspecto, el personal de enfermería debe reflejar su gran conocimiento y capacidad para la atención oportuna y rápida del mismo. Objetivo: Determinar la relación del cuidado de enfermería en el manejo de pacientes politraumatizados y el servicio de atención médica de urgencia, Ica- 2022. Justificación: Beneficiará al paciente mediante estrategias de solución para un abordaje inmediato del enfermero en el momento de la emergencia, ya que los primeros minutos del manejo del paciente politraumatizado son de vital importancia, contribuyendo a mantener en vida al accidentado. Método: estudio de tipo aplicado, cuantitativo, correlacional y transversal. La muestra será de 83 enfermeros, se usará la encuesta para aplicar dos cuestionarios a la población objetivo, están validados y son confiables para medir las variables en cuestión. Los datos recolectados serán procesados en SPSS 25 y las hipótesis se probarán usando la prueba estadística del coeficiente de correlación de Spearman dado la naturaleza cualitativa de las variables.
