Workload of the nursing professional in the emergency area of ​​a hospital in Lima, 2021

Abstract

Objective: To determine the workload of the nursing professional in the emergency area. Methodology: A quantitative, descriptive, cross-sectional study. The population consists of 84 nursing graduates who work in the emergency service of a Hospital in Lima, selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria set out in the research. 100% will be used for this reason there will be no sample. Techniques and Instruments for data collection: The survey technique will be used. The instrument will be a nominal-ordinal scale questionnaire, called the National Institute for Safety and Hygiene at Work (INSHT) of Spain Questionnaire". This instrument has been validated by expert judgment and modified by the author Huamán R. in 2019 Lima - Peru.

Objetivo: Determinar la carga laboral del Enfermería en el área de emergencia. Metodología: Estudio de enfoque cuantitativo, descriptivo, de corte transversal. la población está constituida por 84 licenciados de enfermería que laboran en el servicio de emergencia de un Hospital de Lima, seleccionados de acuerdo a criterios de inclusión y exclusión planteados en la investigación, se trabajará con el 100% por tal motivo no habrá muestra. Técnicas e Instrumentos de recolección de datos: Se empleará la técnica de la encuesta. El instrumento será un cuestionario de escala nominal – ordinal, denominado “Cuestionario del Instituto Nacional de Seguridad e Higiene en el Trabajo (INSHT) de España”. Este instrumento ha sido validado mediante juicio de expertos y modificado por la autora Huamán R. en el año 2019 Lima –Perú.
