| dc.description.abstract | Material and methods: It was quantitative, descriptive, correlational, cross-sectional, in a sample made up of 100 patients; The survey technique was used and the instruments were the Self-Management in Chronic Diseases questionnaire (Parts in Health Scale) and the family Apgar developed by Gabriel Smilkstein. Results: Among the most relevant findings, it was found that 60% presented a regular level of self-management, 26% presented an adequate level of self-management and 14% presented a deficient level of self-management, in relation to the family functionality variable of the patients. , it was found that 42% presented mild family dysfunction, 30% presented moderate family dysfunction, 21% (21 patients presented good family functionality, finally 7% presented severe family dysfunction. found that there is a significant relationship (Sig=0.00 <0.05), positive and moderate (Rho=0.509) between these variables Conclusions: There is a moderate directly proportional relationship between the Self-Management and Family Functionality variables of the patient with type II diabetes mellitus of the service. of endocrinology at the Arzobispo Loayza National Hospital. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Material y métodos: Fue de tipo cuantitativo, descriptivo correlacional, transversal, en una muestra conformada por 100 pacientes; se utilizó la técnica encuesta y los instrumentos fueron el cuestionario de Automanejo en enfermedades crónicas (Partes in Health Scale) y el Apgar familiar elaborado por Gabriel Smilkstein. Resultados: Entre los hallazgos más relevantes se encontró que el 60% presentaron un nivel de automanejo regular, el 26% presentaron un nivel de automanejo adecuado y el 14% presentaron un nivel de automanejo deficiente, con relación a la variable funcionalidad familiar de los pacientes, se encontró el 42% presentaron una disfuncionalidad familiar leve, el 30% presentaron una disfunción familiar moderada, el 21% (21 pacientes presentaron una buena funcionalidad familiar, finalmente el 7% presentaron una disfunción familiar severa. se encontró que existe una relación significativa (Sig=0.00 <0.05), positiva y moderada (Rho=0.509) entre estas variables. Conclusiones: Existe una relación directamente proporcional moderada entre las variables Automanejo y Funcionalidad Familiar del paciente con diabetes mellitus tipo II del servicio de endocrinología del Hospital Nacional Arzobispo Loayza. | es_ES |
