El nivel de conocimiento y actitudes en salud sexual reproductiva en estudiantes de quinto de secundaria - Institución Educativa Melchorita Saravia, Chincha-2022

Abstract

La salud sexual y reproductiva en las adolescentes se incluye las etapas de vida, con la capacidad de desarrollar su sexualidad de manera responsable, libre y sin violencia, para que decidan cuando y cuantos hijos tener. El trabajo de investigación se desarrolló con el objetivo de determinar la relación que existe entre el nivel de conocimiento y actitudes de la salud sexual y reproductiva en estudiantes de quinto de secundaria de la institución educativa Melchorita Saravia - Chincha, 2022. La investigación tuvo el enfoque cuantitativo de tipo básica aplicada, diseño observacional de corte transversal. La población de la investigación estuvo integrada por un total de 80 estudiantes. Instrumento y la técnica que se aplicó en la recopilación de información: un cuestionario estructurada previo asentimiento informado y autorización de los estudiantes el cual cuenta con 20 ítems y un test de 26 preguntas. Se midió la relación de las variables mediante el método de Alfa Cronbach y escala de Likert. Se obtuvo como resultado que el nivel de conocimiento de las estudiantes de quinto de secundaria de la institución Melchorita Saravia, Chincha – 2022, donde el 70% representa un nivel de conocimiento regular, el 28.75% representa un nivel de conocimiento bueno y el 1.25% representa un nivel de conocimiento deficiente. En conclusión, existe una relación estadística significativa entre el nivel de conocimientos y actitudes de la salud sexual y reproductiva en estudiantes de quinto de secundaria de la institución educativa Melchorita Saravia, Chincha-2022.

Sexual and reproductive health in adolescents includes the stages of life, with the ability to develop their sexuality responsibly, freely and without violence, so that they decide when and how many children to have. The present research work was developed with the objective of determining the relationship that exists between the level of knowledge and attitudes of sexual and reproductive health in students of fifth grade of secondary school of the educational institution Melchorita Saravia - Chincha, 2022. The research had the quantitative approach of applied basic type, cross-sectional observational design. The research population consisted of a total of 80 students. Instrument and technique used in data collection: a structured questionnaire with prior informed assent and authorization from the students, which has 20 items and a 26-question test. The relationship of the variables was measured using the Alpha Cronbach method and the Likert scale. It was obtained as a result that the level of knowledge of the fifth-year high school students of the Melchorita Saravia institution, Chincha - 2022, where 70% represents a regular level of knowledge, 28.75% represents a good level of knowledge and 1.25% represents a poor level of knowledge. In conclusion, there is a significant statistical relationship between the level of knowledge and attitudes of sexual and reproductive health in students of the fifth year of secondary school at the Melchorita Saravia educational institution, Chincha-2022.
