Resumen
Objective: "Determine the relationship between stress and the lifestyle of emergency nursing staff of a national hospital - 2023". Population: It will be made up of the 120 nurses who work in the emergency area of a national hospital. Sample: It will be made up of 92 nursing graduates, a probabilistic sampling will be used according to the convenience of criteria. Methodological design: The type of research will be applied. The method is hypothetical-deductive, observational, descriptive and transversal. The design to be used will be correlational. Instruments: For the evaluation of the "Work Stress", the Nursing Stress Scale adapted by Alvarado and Rojas in Lima will be used, reliable with Cronbach's Alpha with a result of 0.905 and for the evaluation of the "Life Style", a questionnaire modified and adapted by palaces will be used in 2020, reliable with Cronbach's Alpha 0.795. The data collection technique will be the survey. Data processing and analysis: descriptive statistics will be used to prepare the frequency tables and graphs and inferential statistics by applying the correlation test to verify the hypothesis raised in the investigation.
Resumen
Objetivo: “Determinar la relación entre el estrés y el estilo de vida del personal de enfermería del área de emergencia de un hospital nacional – 2023”. Población: Estará compuesta por las 120 enfermeras que trabajan En el área de emergencia de un hospital nacional. Muestra: Estará conformado por 92 licenciados enfermeros, se usará un muestreo probabilístico según conveniencia de criterios. Diseño metodológico: El tipo de investigación será de aplicado, respecto al método es hipotético- deductivo, tipo observacional, descriptivo y trasversal. El diseño que se empleará será correlacional. Instrumentos: Para la evaluación de la variable “Estrés Laboral”, se utilizará la Escala de Estrés de Enfermería adaptado por Alvarado y Rojas en Lima, confiable con Alfa de Cronbach con resultado de 0,905 y para la evaluación de la variable “Estilo de vida”, se usará un cuestionario modificado y adaptado por palacios en el 2020, que cuenta con confiabilidad con el estadístico Alpha de Cronbach 0,795. Para recolectar la información se utilizará como técnica la encuesta. Procesamiento y análisis de datos: se usará la estadística descriptiva para elaborar las tablas de frecuencia y gráficas y la estadística inferencial para lo cual se aplicará la prueba de correlación que nos permitirá la comprobación de la hipótesis planteada en el estudio
