Lung function and its relationship with physical antivity in the staff of a call center, Lima-2022

Abstract

Currently, physical inactivity is the fourth leading cause of death globally, significantly affecting our health and work performance, leading to increased stress and sedentary behavior during working hours. This increases the risk of non-communicable diseases affecting various systems of our body, such as the musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, and respiratory systems. It is of vital importance to assess and diagnose various occupational pathologies. This research project uses a quantitative, applied approach with two variables, measured using the "GPAQ" and "Spirometry VEF1" instruments.

En la actualidad la inactividad física contribuye como cuarta causa de muerte en el mundo, haciendo que esto repercuta de manera notable en nuestra salud y desempeño laboral logrando que aumente el estrés , la sedestación durante las horas de trabajo; lo que nos da el incremento de las Enfermedades no Transmisibles afectando a diversos sistemas de nuestro cuerpo como el sistema musculoesqueletico, cardiovascular y respiratorio; sera de vital importancia evaluar y diagnosticar las diversas patologias ocupacionales; en este proyecto de investigación se utiliza un enfoque cuantitativo de tipo aplicado con dos variables , los cuales se mediran con los instrumentos de ”GPAQ” y “ Espirometria VEF1”.
