Objective: Determine the quality of life of patients with pulmonary TB treated at the Mexico and Peru Health Centers IV Zone SMP 2019. Material and Methods: Quantitative, descriptive and transversal approach, with the population of 51 patients with Pulmonary Tuberculosis. The technique for collecting data was the SF 36 Questionnaire. Results: The sociodemographic data show that age fluctuates between (18 to 78 years); having the average age of 42.43, with males predominating in 70.6% and women 29.4%; followed by occupation: 25.5% are employees, 19.6% merchants; On the other hand, the level of education 54.9% have secondary school, 23.6% primary and 21.5% higher; Regarding marital status, 41.2% are single, 31.4% married, 23.5% cohabiting. Regarding quality of life, we show that the physical component has a better quality of life with 96.1%. But it is worth mentioning that there is better quality in 3 dimensions: physical function 85.5; body pain 78.9 and general health 63.0 and worse quality of life in physical role 46.1; Unlike the mental component, there is a better quality of life in all dimensions, with Emotional Role being better with an average of 87.7. Conclusion: Patients with pulmonary TB have a 96.1% better quality of life in 7 dimensions except for the physical role dimension.
Resumen
Objetivo: Determinar la calidad de vida de los pacientes con TBC pulmonar atendidos en los Centros de Salud México y Perú IV Zona SMP 2019.Material y Métodos: Enfoque cuantitativo, descriptivo y transversal, con la población de 51 pacientes con Tuberculosis Pulmonar. La técnica para recolectar datos fue el Cuestionario SF 36. Resultados: Los datos sociodemográficos, evidencian que la edad fluctúan entre (18 a 78 años); teniendo la edad media de 42.43, predominando el género masculino en 70,6 % y mujeres 29,4%; seguida de ocupación: El 25,5 % son empleados, 19,6% comerciantes; por otro lado el grado de instrucción 54,9% tienen secundaria, el 23,6% primaria y el 21,5% superior; respecto al estado civil, el 41,2% son solteros, 31,4% casados, 23,5% convivientes. En cuanto a calidad de vida, evidenciamos que el componente físico hay mejor calidad de vida con 96,1%. Pero cabe mencionar hay mejor calidad en 3 dimensiones: función física 85,5; dolor corporal 78,9 y Salud general 63,0 y peor calidad de vida en rol físico 46,1; a diferencia en el componente mental evidencia mejor calidad de vida en todas las dimensiones, siendo mejor Rol emocional con una media de 87,7. Conclusión: Pacientes con TBC pulmonar poseen mejor calidad de vida 96.1% en 7 dimensiones exceptuando en la dimensión del rol físico.
