Factors associated with compliance with growth and development control in mothers with children under two years of age in a health center in Lima, 2024

Abstract

The objective of this research work is to determine the relationship between the factors and compliance with growth and development control in mothers with children under two years of age at the Health Center. The type of study is quantitative, nonexperimental design, cross-sectional and correlational. Population: it will work with 60 mothers of children under 02 years of age. Instrument: the questionnaire entitled the factors associated with non-compliance by Penao (2013) and recited by Reyes in 2019, was used to measure the compliance variable. the sheet on the standardized periodicity control scheme (control card) by the Ministry of Health (2017). The results: various texts were collected, research work among others where it was determined that the main factors that lead to non-compliance with growth and development control are: institutional, cultural, economic factors and sociodemographic data such as age, level of education, area of housing either rural / urban.

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo Determinar la relación entre los factores y el cumplimiento del control de crecimiento y desarrollo en las madres con niños menores de dos años de un centro de salud. Tipo de estudio: enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental, de corte transversal y tipo correlacional. Población: se trabajara con 60 madres de niños menores de 02 años. Instrumento: cuestionario titulado factores asociados al incumplimiento por Penao en el 2013 y recitado por Reyes en el 2019, para medir la variable de cumplimiento se utilizara la tarjeta de control CRED, aprobado por el Ministerio de Salud en Perú en el 2017. Resultados: se recolectaron diversos textos, trabajos de investigación, donde se determinaron que los principales factores que conllevan al cumplimento de control de crecimiento y desarrollo son: los factores institucionales, culturales, económicos y los datos sociodemográficos como edad, grado de instrucción y la zona de vivienda ya sea rural /urbana.
