Humanized nursing care and satisfaction of mothers who attend the Mirones Alto health center, 2022

Abstract

For the development of this research, the main objective has been to determine the relationship between humanized care in nursing and the satisfaction of mothers who attend the Mirones Alto Health Center, 2022; for which a hypothetical deductive method has been used, a type of basic research, with a non-experimental design and a quantitative approach in a total sample of 100 mothers who attend the Mirones Alto health center, 2022, to whom two questionnaires were applied. whose purpose was to measure the variables of quality of humanized care and mothers' satisfaction. What allowed us to find as main results that the existence of a significance of 0.000 (p = <0.05) as well as a Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient of .878; Therefore, it was concluded that there is a positive and strong relationship between humanized nursing care and the satisfaction of mothers who attend the Mirones Alto Health Center, 2022. The population of the results obtained is recommended in order to promote the importance of an adequate care by the nursing staff.

objetivo : Determinar la relación entre el cuidado humanizado en enfermería y la satisfacción de las madres que acuden al centro de Salud Mirones Alto, 2022; para lo cual se ha utilizado un método hipotético deductivo, un tipo de investigación básico, con un diseño no experimental y un enfoque cuantitativo en una muestra total de 100 madres que acuden al centro de salud Mirones Alto, 2022 a quienes se les aplicó dos cuestionarios que tenían como finalidad medir las variables de calidad de cuidado humanizado y satisfacción de las madres. Lo que permitió encontrar como principales resultados que la existencia de una significancia de 0.000 (p=<0.05) así como también un coeficiente de correlación de Rho de Spearman de ,878; por lo que se concluyó que existe relación positiva y fuerte entre el cuidado humanizado de enfermería y la satisfacción de las madres que acuden al centro de Salud Mirones Alto, 2022. Se recomienda la población de los resultados obtenidos a fin de promover la importancia de un adecuado cuidado por parte del personal de enfermería.
