Abstract

In this research, it is the presence and participation of parents when their child is hospitalized because they transmit a source of protection and security for the child, providing comfort and satisfaction of their needs, and they also reduce anxiety and emotional stress both for them and for themselves. their children increases the efficiency of the treatment received, reduces the child's negative emotional and behavioral reactions, shortening the days of hospitalization; Your cooperation in necessary procedures that may be uncomfortable or painful will also be seen. The mother must receive the necessary preparation to face the existing stressful situation, which is offered through education programs since the mother must feel that her presence is required and useful for the care of her child.

En esta investigación es la presencia y la participación de los padres cuando su niño es hospitalizado por que transmiten fuente de protección y seguridad para el niño, brindando consuelo y satisfacción de sus necesidades así mismo disminuyen la ansiedad y estrés emocional tanto como para ellos y de sus niños aumenta la eficiencia del tratamiento recibido, disminuye las reacciones emocionales y conductuales negativas del niño acortando los días de hospitalización; se verá también su cooperación en procedimientos necesarios que pueden ser incomodos o dolorosos. La madre debe recibir la preparación necesaria para enfrentar esa situación estresante existente, la cual se ofrece a través de programas de educación ya que la madre debe sentir que su presencia es requerida y útil para el cuidado de su niño.
