Resumen
Objective: To determine the relationship between knowledge and practice of the steam autoclave sterilization process in nurses of a medium-complexity hospital in Lima, 2023. Material and method: It is a quantitative approach, descriptive type, cross-sectional, nonexperimental correlational design. The study population constituted by 32 nursing professionals he technique to be used will be the survey and the instrument is two questionnaires consisting of 30 questions in three dimensions for the knowledge of sterilization variable. Validated by the researcher Villanueva with a reliability of 0.83 through the Cronbash Alpha method. While for the practical variable of sterilization processes, it has 17 Likert-type questions. Prepared and validated by Gasca, Ruiz and Gonzales, it consists of four dimensions a reliability 0.80. The inferential analysis will go through a normality test to determine if a parametric or non-parametric test will be used, respectively. Then the results will be presented in tables and graphs for their respective analysis and interpretation.
Resumen
Es de enfoque cuantitativo, tipo descriptivo, de corte transversal, de diseño no experimental correlacional. La población de estudio constituida por 32 profesionales de enfermería. La técnica a utilizar será la encuesta y el instrumento son dos cuestionarios que consta de 30 preguntas en tres dimensiones para la variable conocimiento de esterilización. Validado por la investigadora Villanueva con una confiabilidad de 0.83 a través del método con el Alpha de Cronbach. Mientras que para la variable práctica de los procesos de esterilización tiene 17 preguntas tipo likert. Elaborados y validados por Gasca, Ruiz y Gonzáles, consta de cuatro dimensiones y una fiabilidad de 0.80. El análisis inferencial pasará por una prueba de normalidad para determinar si se utilizará una prueba paramétrica o no paramétrica respectivamente. Luego los resultados serán presentados en tablas y gráficos para su respectivo análisis e interpretación.
