Personal and institutional factors related to nursing care in the hemodialysis service of the Luis N. Saenz hospital in times of the COVID-19 pandemic, 2022

Abstract

Objective: To determine the relationship between personal and institutional factors and nursing care in the Hemodialysis service in the midst of the Covid pandemic - 19, July - 2022. Methodology: being a study with a hypothetical approach - deductive, quantitative, applied, non-exploratory, correlational level, with 40 nursing professionals from the hemodialysis service of a private entity as the target population, Data collection technique and instruments: the technique (survey) will be applied to them, through the author's Likert-type questionnaires Palomino (43) in the year 2021 for the questionnaire of personal and institutional factors that validated and confirmed at the national level, on the other hand the author Almendre (42) in the year 2017 updated the scale "caring behaviors assessment" (CBA), Procedure : which will be applied in person at the Police Hospital after the corresponding permit, the database will be processed by the SPSS 2 program 5, Statistical analysis: The cross-table interpretation will be used for data correlation by means of Spearman's correlation test for the corresponding hypothesis analysis, and its respective Hospital authorization, respecting the ethical principles of research.

Objetivo: Determinar la relación de los factores personales e institucionales y el cuidado de enfermería en el servicio de Hemodiálisis en medio de la pandemia por COVID‐19, 2022. Metodología: siendo un estudio de enfoque hipotético – deductivo, cuantitativo, aplicada, de nivel no experimental, correlacional, teniendo como población objetivo a 40 trabajadores de enfermería de hemodiálisis de una entidad privada, Técnica e instrumentos de recolección de datos: se aplicará la técnica por encuesta, por medio del cuestionarios tipo likert del autor Palomino en el año 2021 para el cuestionario de factores personales e institucionales que validaron y confiabilizaron a nivel Nacional,por otro lado el autor Almendre (42) en el año 2017 actualizó la escala “caring behaviors assessment” (CBA), Procedimiento:lo cual serán aplicados por vía presencial en el Hospital policial luego del permiso correspondiente,la base de datos serán procesador por el programa SPSS 25, Análisis estadístico: se utilizará la interpretacion de tabla cruzada para la correlación de datos por medio de la pueba de correlación de Spearmanpara el análisis de hipótesis correspondiente, y su respectivo autorización Hospitalaria respetando los principios éticos de investigación
