Competencias genéricas y el nivel de emprendedurismo en estudiantes de ingeniería industrial en una universidad privada de Lima,2024

Abstract

El estudio tiene como objetivo “ Resolver el nivel de relación entre las competencias genéricas y el nivel de Emprendedurismo en los educando de Ingeniería Industrial de una Universidad de Lima 2024”, para alcanzar dicho objetivo se empleó el enfoque cuantitativo , con un diseño no experimental de nivel correlación , en la muestra de 85 educandos de Ingeniería Industrial , en los instrumentos se emplearon dos cuestionarios el primero fue sobre competencias genéricas de Spencer y Spencer(1993) , y el cuestionario de Nivel de Emprendedurismo de Eyzaguirre (2014), para el caso de ambos instrumentos estos cumplieron con los rigores de confiabilidad y validez , para el cual se empleó primero la valoración por expertos y la segunda mediante el Alpha de Cronbach que permite medir la homogeneidad de las preguntas siempre y cuando las repuestas estén presentadas en escala Likert , posterior a ello se realizaron las pruebas de Rho de Spearman en donde se obtuvo una significancia de 0.000 y un Rho =0.624 para las dos variables, como conclusión se tiene una relación directa, positiva y alta en las competencias genéricas y el Nivel de Emprendedurismo de los educandos de Ingeniería Industrial en una Universidad de Lima, 2024.

The objective of this research was to "Determine the level of relationship between generic competencies and the level of Entrepreneurship in students of the Industrial Engineering career of a Private University, Lima 2024", to achieve this objective, the quantitative approach was used, with a non-experimental design of evaluation level, in the sample of 85 Industrial Engineering students, which was obtained through probabilistic sampling, two questionnaires were used in the instruments, the first was Spencer and Spencer's questionnaire on generic competencies ( 1993), and the Entrepreneurship Level questionnaire of Eyzaguirre (2014), in the case of both instruments these met the rigors of reliability and validity, for which expert judgment was used and the second through Cronbach's Alpha that It allows measuring the homogeneity of the questions as long as the answers are presented on a Likert scale. After that, Spearman's Rho tests were carried out where a significance of 0.000 and a Rho =0.624 were obtained for the two variables, as a conclusion there is a direct, positive and high relationship between generic competencies and the Level of Entrepreneurship of students of the Industrial Engineering career at a Private University, Lima 2024.
