Nursing care quality and oncology patient satisfaction in a Lima clinic, 2023

Abstract

Objective: To determine the quality of care and its relationship with cancer patient satisfaction. Materials and methods: it is a non-experimental applied quantitative work, it will have a population of 90 cancer patients who are treated in the clinic under study, the survey will be taken as a technique and two Likert scale instruments will be applied that have validity and reliability. for the country, the data will be processed in Excel and then the descriptive and inferential statistical analyzes will be applied, for the verification of hypotheses the Spermam RHO test will be used, throughout the investigation an adequate ethical conduct will be maintained.

Objetivo: Determinar la calidad del cuidado y su relación con la satisfacción del paciente oncológico. Materiales y métodos: es un trabajo cuantitativo no experimental aplicada, tendrá una población de 90 pacientes oncológicos que se atienden en la clínica objeto de estudio, se tomará la encuesta como técnica y se aplicará dos instrumentos de escala de Likert que cuentan con validez y confiabilidad para el país, los datos se procesaran en Excel y luego se aplicaran los análisis estadísticos descriptivos e inferenciales, para la comprobación de hipótesis se utilizara la prueba de RHO de Spermam, durante toda la investigación se mantendrá una conducta ética adecuada
