Physical activity and work stress in workers at the Vitarte Hospital II ESSALUD 2022

Abstract

Stress is a very common syndrome in the workplace, with 1 in 5 workers globally suffering from it. Work provides comfort and well-being to the worker and their family, but it is also a source of stress due to job pressure, influencing the satisfaction and performance of healthcare workers. The lack of physical activity is an important factor in mortality, causing 6% of deaths worldwide. Every year, 3.2 million people die due to low levels of physical activity.
