Resumen
The objective of this research is to determine the relationship between the Quality of care and the Satisfaction of patients receiving hemodialysis therapy at the Grau Renal Disease Clinic, 2023. The methodology will have a quantitative approach, with a nonexperimental and descriptive design. correlational, cross-sectional type. The sample will be made up of 90 patients receiving hemodialysis therapy at the Grau Kidney Diseases Clinic. For data collection, two previously validated instruments will be used. The first will be a questionnaire for the variable "Quality of care" respectively validated in Brando de Águila's research; Likewise, the second instrument will be the questionnaire that will evaluate the variable “Patient satisfaction” validated in Luz Ruíz's research. Both instruments with validation level with Aiken's V coefficient of 0.83 and 0.81, respectively; Furthermore, they have a high level of statistical reliability, with a reliability coefficient (Cronbach's alpha) of 0.85. Data collection will take approximately 35 minutes per participant. For the analysis and interpretation of the data obtained, tables and graphs will be used. In addition, Spearman's Rho statistic will be used as an estimation method to test the proposed hypotheses. The results will be presented in a contingency table that will relate both variables.
Resumen
El objetivo de esta investigación es determinar la relación entre la Calidad de atención y la Satisfacción de paciente que recibe terapia de hemodiálisis en la Clínica de Enfermedades Renales de Lima, 2023. La metodología será de enfoque cuantitativo, con un diseño no experimental y descriptivo de tipo correlacional, de corte transversal. La muestra estará compuesta por 90 pacientes que reciben terapia de hemodiálisis en la Clínica de Enfermedades Renales Grau. Para la recolección de datos, se emplearán dos instrumentos previamente validados. El primero será un cuestionario para la variable “Calidad de atención“ respectivamente validado en la investigación de Brando de Águila; así mismo, el segundo instrumento será el cuestionario que evaluará la variable “Satisfacción del paciente” validada en la investigación de Luz Ruíz. Ambos instrumentos con nivel de validación con el coeficiente de V de Aiken de 0.83 y 0.81, respetivamente; además, cuentan con un alto nivel de confiabilidad estadística, con un coeficiente de confiabilidad (alfa de Cronbach) de 0.85. La recolección de información se llevará a cabo en aproximadamente 35 minutos por participante. Para el análisis e interpretación de los datos obtenidos, se utilizarán tablas y gráficos. Además, se empleará el estadístico de Rho de Spearman como método de estimación para contrastar las hipótesis planteadas.
