Level of anxiety that exists in the pre-surgical patient in the surgery service of the Hospital de Vitarte in December 2021

Abstract

The study has a quantitative approach, with a descriptive scope of an application type and a non-experimental cross-sectional design. The population consisted of 80 pre-surgical hospitalized people over 18 years of age, during the month of January 2021, selected according to criteria that were taken to select the study participants. The survey will be used for the variable under study where the Instrument in the case of the variable will be used for Zung's anxiety where the dimension will be evaluated as somatic, affective and cognitive. The reliability of the instrument was as follows with Cronbach's Alpha , where a “pilot sample” was carried out, using ten scheduled for surgery, obtaining a reliability of 0.882, a result that gives us to understand that the instrument to be applied is acceptable. Procedure: the data collection information will be carried out during the month of December 2021 in the services of: general surgery, gynecology and traumatology. Once the survey has been administered, the data will be entered into a database in the SPSS Version 25 program.

El estudio tiene un enfoque cuantitativo, con un alcance descriptivo de tipo aplicativo y de diseño no experimental de corte transversal. La población estuvo constituida por 80 personas hospitalizadas en el pre quirúrgicos mayores de 18 año, durante el mes de enero 2021 seleccionados acordes a criterios que se tomaron para seleccionar a los participantes del estudio. Se hará uso de la encuesta para la variable en estudio donde el Instrumento para el caso de la variable se utilizará el de ansiedad de Zung donde evaluará la dimensión como somáticas, afectivas y cognitivas la fiabilidad del instrumento fue de la siguiente manera con Alpha de Cronbach, donde se realizó una “muestra piloto”, utilizando a diez programados para cirugía obteniéndose una fiabilidad de 0,882, resultado que nos da a entender que el instrumento a aplicar es aceptable. Procedimiento: la información de recolección de datos se realizará durante el mes de diciembre 2021 en los servicios de: cirugía general, ginecología y traumatología. Terminada la aplicación de la encuesta se ingresará los datos a una base en el programa SPSS Versión 25.
