Coping strategies and work stress of professional nursing staff in the emergency service in a Minsa hospital, Lima 2022

Abstract

Aim. Relate the coping strategies against work stress in professional nursing staff in the emergency service in a minsa hospital, Lima 2022. Methodology. The study in relation to the approach will be quantitative, of an application type, non-experimental, descriptive and correlational design. Regarding the representative sample of the research, it will be made up of 50 nursing professionals who provide purely healthcare services in the emergency service of the Hospital del Minsa, which have been compiled in accordance with the use of the probabilistic sample formula. and those who will strictly comply with the survey technique, developed in a single moment, through the instruments called the coping strategies questionnaire (COPE-28) and for work stress the scale called Nursing Stress will be used. Scale. Regarding the management of the data obtained, it will be executed through the Microsoft Excel version 9 program for classification, organization and corresponding quality verification, subsequently it will be exported to the SPSS version 24.0 software to develop the appropriate statistical calculations, and thus be able to prepare tables and graphs. for the interpretation of the study variables.

Objetivo. Relacionar las estrategias de afrontamiento frente al estrés laboral en el personal profesional de enfermería en el servicio de emergencia en un hospital del minsa, Lima 2022. Metodología. El estudio en cuanto en relación al enfoque será cuantitativo, de tipo aplicativo, diseño no experimental, descriptivo y correlacional. En lo que corresponde a la muestra representativa de la investigación estará integrada por 50 profesionales enfermeros que prestan servicios netamente asistencial en el servicio de emergencia del Hospital del Minsa, los que han sido recopilados de acuerdo con el empleo de la fórmula de la muestra probabilística, y los que cumplirán estrictamente con los la técnica de la encuesta, desarrollada en un solo momento, a través de los instrumentos denominados el cuestionario de estrategias de afrontamiento (COPE-28) y para el estrés laboral se utilizara la escala denominada Nursing Stress Scale. Respecto del manejo de la data obtenida se ejecutará por medio del programa Microsoft Excel versión 9 para su clasificación, organización y correspondiente verificación de calidad, posteriormente se exportará al software SPSS versión 24.0 para desarrollar los cálculos estadísticos adecuados, y así poder elaborar tablas y gráficos para la interpretación de las variables de estudio.
