During the second trimester, 35% were vaccinated, 20% in the first trimester and another 20% in the third trimester. 99% of pregnant women did not register complications during pregnancy. 79% of nursing mothers were vaccinated with Pfizer, 17% modern and 4% Chadox. 96% received 2 doses. The most recorded side effect was pain in the application area (80%). The presence of mRNA was not evident in breast milk. The formation of antibodies was evident in pregnant women, nursing mothers and in the newborn. Conclusion: The results found in this research support vaccination against COVID 19 in both stages.
