Resumen
Objective: To determine the relationship that exists between the quality of care and the satisfaction of the parents of newborns in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of the José Agurto Tello Hospital 2021. Methodology: The study will have a quantitative approach, basic type and a non-experimental cross-sectional design, descriptive correlational level. The sample will be 84 parents of newborns in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. The survey will be applied as a data collection technique, and the questionnaire will be used as instruments; for the quality of care, a 22-item questionnaire will be used with a Cronbach's alpha of 0.700; For the satisfaction of the parents, the Servqual questionnaire developed by Zeithaml, Parasuraman and Berry will be applied, with a Cronbach's Alpha reliability of 0.821. On the other hand, the data collection will be carried out for a period of 02 months. Once the data is collected, it will be organized in the Excel program for its quality control and corresponding organization; later it will be exported to the SPSS software version 25.0. Statistical Analysis: For the descriptive evaluation, frequency tables, measures of central tendency, and dispersion, and graphic representations will be developed; in the case of inferential results, the normality test will be applied to know which statistical test to use, whether Pearson or Spearman, where the value based on 0.05 will decide which test to use according to the normal or non-normal distribution.

"Objetivo: Determinar la relación que existe entre la calidad del cuidado y la satisfacción de los padres de neonatos de la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos Neonatales del Hospital José Agurto Tello 2021. Metodología: El estudio será de enfoque cuantitativo, tipo básica y diseño no experimental de corte transversal, nivel descriptivo correlacional. la muestra serán 84 padres de los neonatos de la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos Neonatales. Como técnica de recolección de datos se aplicará la encuesta, y como instrumentos se usará el cuestionario; para la calidad del cuidado se usará un cuestionario de 22 ítems con un alfa de Cronbach de 0.700; para la satisfacción de los padres se aplicará el cuestionario de Servqual desarrollado por Zeithaml, Parasuraman y Berry, con una confiabilidad de Alpha de Cronbach de 0,821. Por otro lado, la recolección de la data se efectuará por un periodo de 02 meses. Una vez recogida la data, se organizará en el programa Excel para su control de calidad y organización correspondiente; posteriormente se exportará al software SPSS versión 25.0. Análisis Estadístico: Para la evaluación descriptiva se desarrollarán tablas de frecuencias, medidas de tendencia central, y dispersión, y representaciones graficas; en el caso de los resultados inferenciales se procederá con la aplicación de la prueba de normalidad para saber que prueba estadística utilizar si Pearson o Spearman donde el valor en razón del 0.05 decidirá que prueba utilizar según la distribución normal o no normal."
