dc.description.abstractThe objective of the research was to analyze the correlation between the implementation of biosecurity measures and the work performance of nursing professionals after the covid-19 period at the Hipolito Unanue hospital, Lima 2023". Material and Method: The study follows a quantitative, observational, cross-sectional, correlational and descriptive approach. The population consisted of 35 nurses from the outpatient services of the Hipolito Unanue hospital. For the variable biosafety practices, the instrument "biosafety practices checklist" by Rosario Ramírez Biaggi (Peru) was used. The first instrument, validated by five experts, consists of 32 elements related to hand washing aspects, protective barrier aspects and solid waste aspects, each option being dichotomous. With the second variable, which is the performance of nursing staff, the questionnaire instrument on work performance of the author: Ivonne Diaz Reategui and Karin Gaviria Torres (Peru) was used. It consists of 21 items related to the indicators of the dimensions, Cognitive Competencies Dimension, Technical Capacity Dimension, and Attitudinal and Social Competencies Dimension, where each alternative is polyatomic Conclusions: The data of this study were processed through the SPSS software, and the hypotheses were confirmed by applying the statistical test option being dichotomous. With the second variable, which is the performance of nursing staff, the questionnaire instrument on work performance of the author: Ivonne Diaz Reategui and Karin Gaviria Torres (Peru) was used. It consists of 21 items related to the indicators of the dimensions, Cognitive Competencies Dimension, Technical Capacity Dimension, and Attitudinal and Social Competencies Dimension, where each alternative is polyatomic.en_US
dc.description.abstractObjetivo: El objetivo de la investigación se fundamentó en analizar la correlación entre la implementación de medidas de bioseguridad y el desempeño laboral del personal de enfermería post pandemia covid 19 en el hospital nacional Hipólito Unanue, Lima 2023”. Material y Método: El estudio siguió un enfoque cuantitativo, observacional, transversal, correlacional y descriptivo. La población estuvo compuesta por 35 enfermeras de los servicios ambulatorios del hospital Hipólito Unanue. siendo seleccionadas por criterios de inclusión y exclusión de la investigación. Para medir las dos variables, prácticas de bioseguridad y desempeño laboral, se utilizó dos instrumentos una lista de cotejo (32) ítems y una encuesta (21) ítems, que son instrumento con una alta confiabilidad. Mi muestra consto de 35 enfermeras.es_ES
