Quality of nursing care in the postoperative patient of a national hospital in Lima - 2020

Abstract

Objective: it will be to determine the quality of nursing care in the post-operated patient of a National Hospital of Lima 2020. Material and method: it will be quantitative in approach, likewise the methodological design will be non-experimental, with a cross-sectional descriptive scope. The population and sample will be made up of 70 post-operated users who will be hospitalized in the General Surgery service at a National Hospital in Lima, taking into account the number of beds on both side "A" and "B" between the months of November - December 2020, considering both the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The survey technique will be used through a validated Likert scale type instrument, which was obtained from the study carried out by Lic. Alva and collaborators entitled: Quality of Nursing Care in the post-operated patient of the Hospital Cayetano Heredia 2018", this instrument It includes 20 questions grouped into 3 dimensions: technical (4 items), interpersonal (10 items), environmental dimension (6 items). Each response will be assigned a score from 1 to 3 as follows: always (3), sometimes (2), never (1).

Objetivo: será determinar la calidad del cuidado de enfermería en el paciente post operado de un Hospital Nacional de Lima 2020. Material y método: será de enfoque cuantitativo, así mismo el diseño metodológico será no experimental, de alcance descriptivo de corte transversal. La población y muestra estará formada por 70 usuarios post operados que se hospitalizarán en el servicio de Cirugía general en un Hospital Nacional de Lima, teniendo en cuenta el número de camas tanto de lado “A” y “B” entre los meses de noviembre – diciembre del 2020, considerando los criterios tanto de inclusión y exclusión. Se utilizará la técnica de la encuesta mediante un instrumento tipo escala de Likert validado, que se obtuvo del estudio realizado por Lic. Alva y colaboradores titulado: Calidad de los Cuidados de Enfermería en el paciente pos operado del Hospital Cayetano Heredia 2018”, este instrumento comprende 20 interrogantes agrupadas en 3 dimensiones: técnica (4 ítems), interpersonal (10 ítems), dimensión del entorno (6 ítems). A cada respuesta se le asignara un puntaje del 1 al 3 de la siguiente manera: siempre (3), a veces (2) nunca (1).
