Knowledge of the safe surgery checklist and application by the nursing staff of the surgical center of the Gustavo Lanatta Lujan hospital, Essalud - Huacho 2022.

Abstract

Objective: To determine the knowledge of the safe surgery checklist and its application by the nursing staff of the surgical center of the Gustavo Lanatta Luján Hospital, Essalud - Huacho 2022 Methodology: research with a quantitative approach, methodological design is descriptive correlational Population made up of nursing staff from the surgical center of a hospital, 50 of which were selected. Techniques and Instruments for data collection: the techniques to be used are the survey and observation. The instruments are a questionnaire and a checklist. The instrument used for knowledge is a 10-question questionnaire with a dichotomous scale consisting of two dimensions and the second application of the safe surgery checklist is a questionnaire of the type consisting of 19 items, and has three dimensions: entry phase, safety pause and exit. Procedures: Data will be collected with the surgical center instruments and entered into the database in SPSS version 26. Statistical analysis: The analysis will use descriptive and inferential statistics to answer the hypothesis. The Spearman RH test is applied, which takes a significant value of p_ 0.05.

Objetivo: Determinar el conocimiento de la lista de verificación de cirugía segura y aplicación por el personal de enfermería del centro quirúrgico del Hospital Gustavo Lanatta Lujan, Essalud – Huacho 2022 Metodología: investigación con enfoque cuantitativo, diseño metodológico es descriptivo correlacional Población conformada por personal de enfermería del centro quirúrgico de un hospital siendo 50 los seleccionados. Técnicas e Instrumentos de recolección de datos: las técnicas a utilizar son la encuesta y la observación. Los instrumentos son cuestionario y lista de cotejo. El instrumento utilizado para conocimiento es un cuestionario de 10 preguntas con escala dicotómicas consta de dos dimensiones y la segunda aplicación de la lista de cirugía segura es un cuestionario de tipo consta de 19 ítem, y tiene tres dimensiones fase entrada, pausa de seguridad y salida. Procedimientos: los datos se recopilarán con los instrumentos del centro quirúrgico y se ingresarán en la base de datos en SPSS versión 26. Análisis estadístico: el análisis utilizará la estadística descriptiva e inferencial para contestar la hipótesis se aplica la prueba de RH de Spearman que toma un valor significativo de p_ 0.05.
