Nurses' level of knowledge of biosecurity measures in the surgical center of San Juan de Lurigancho Hospital 2020

Abstract

Biosafety is important since it consists of preventive measures against any occupational risk that may infer or compromise the lives of people and the environment. The purpose of the research is to determine the level of knowledge of nurses about biosafety measures in the surgical center of the San Juan de Lurigancho Hospital, 2020. Methodology: The project is descriptive, with a single-time transactional design. It will be made up of 35 nurses who meet the study criteria. Aspects of inclusion are considered in the nurses of the surgical center of the San Juan de Lurigancho hospital, who agree to collaborate in the study and are working for more than 3 months; Health professionals from the Surgical Center who are on leave and those who do not agree with the research and do not want to give their confirmation will be excluded. The study technique will be a survey, and the instrument will be a questionnaire, test validation through of specialists where the information was sent to the agreement table and binominal test so that the Person statistic and reliability were applied through the Kuder Richarson method, resulting in 0.63 and complying with all ethical aspects.

La bioseguridad es importante ya que está constituido por medidas preventivas ante cualquier riesgo laboral que puedan inferir o comprometer la vida de las personas y entorno. La finalidad de la investigación es determinar el nivel de conocimientos de enfermeras, sobre medidas de bioseguridad en el centro quirúrgico del Hospital San Juan de Lurigancho, 2020. Metodología: El proyecto es descriptivo, de diseño transaccional en un solo tiempo. Estará constituida por 35 enfermeras que cumplan los criterios de estudio. Se consideran aspectos de inclusión en las enfermeras del centro quirúrgico del nosocomio San Juan de Lurigancho, que acepten colaborar en el estudio y se encuentren trabajando más de 3 meses; se excluirán a las profesionales de la salud del centro Quirúrgico que están de licencia y los que no están de acuerdo con la investigación y no quieren dar su confirmación, La técnica del estudio será encuesta, y el instrumento será cuestionario, validación de prueba a través de especialistas donde se mandó la información a la tabla de concordancia y prueba binominal para que se aplicara el estadístico de Person y la fiabilidad a través del método de kuder Richarson teniendo como resultado 0.63 y cumpliéndose con todos los aspectos éticos .
