Resilience and job satisfaction in nurses of a surgical center, Huánuco Regional Hospital, 2022

Abstract

This academic work entitled “Level of Resilience and Job Satisfaction in Nurses at a Surgical Center, Huánuco Regional Hospital, 2022” aims to establish the relationship that exists between resilience and job satisfaction in nurses at a Surgical Center at a Regional Hospital. Huánuco 2022, taking 70 nursing workers as a sample. The method to be used will be hypothetical-deductive, the approach will be applied quantitative research, with a cross-sectional observational design, the academic work will be based on numerical measurements, counting and often the use of statistics to accurately model the behavior of the variables. To collect information, a tool will be used for both variables. For variable one, the instrument to measure Wagnild and Young's resilience will be applied, which consists of 25 questions, and for the second variable, which is job satisfaction, the personal satisfaction questionnaire will be used. which consists of 32 questions. To acquire information from all the surveys, these will be entered into the Excel program, then it will be entered into the statistical package IBM SPSS Statistics v.25, in the first part tables and graphs will be used. The second part will be the inferential analysis, the Spearman correlation study.

Este trabajo académico titulado “Nivel de Resiliencia y Satisfacción Laboral en Enfermeras de un Centro Quirúrgico, Hospital Regional de Huánuco, 2022” tiene como objetivo establecer la relación que existe entre la resiliencia y la satisfacción laboral en las enfermeras de Centro Quirúrgico en un Hospital Regional Huánuco 2022, teniendo como muestra a 70 trabajadores de enfermería. El método a utilizar será hipotético-deductivo, el enfoque de la investigación cuantitativo de tipo aplicada, con diseño observacional transversal, el trabajo académico se basará en mediciones numéricas, conteo y a menudo el empleo de estadísticas para modelar con exactitud el comportamiento de las variables, para la recolección de información se empleará una herramienta para ambas variables para la variable uno se aplicará el instrumento para medir la resiliencia de Wagnild y Young que consta de 25 interrogantes y para la segunda variable que es satisfacción laboral se utilizara el cuestionario de satisfacción personal la cual consta de 32 preguntas. Para adquirir información de todas las encuestas estos se vaciarán en el programa Excel, seguidamente será ingresada al paquete estadístico IBM SPSS Statistics v.25, en la primera la parte se utilizará tablas y gráficos, La segunda parte será el análisis inferencial, se realizará el estudio de correlación de Spearman.
