dc.description.abstract	The objective of this research was to determine the level of satisfaction of patients who received dental services at the specialized dental clinic PNP-Angamos, 2016. The study was observational, cross-sectional, and descriptive. The sample consisted of 700 patients. The modified SERVQUAL instrument provided by MINSA was used to determine patient satisfaction. It was concluded that the level of satisfaction of patients who received dental services at the PNP-Angamos dental clinic in 2016 was dissatisfied (88.6%; 622 out of 702). The highest frequency of satisfied patients in the clinic was women (6%; 42 out of 317). The study concluded that the majority of patients who received dental services at the PNP-Angamos specialized dental clinic in 2016 were dissatisfied.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	El objetivo de la presente investigación es determinar el grado de satisfacción de los pacientes que recibieron un servicio odontológico en la clínica odontológica especializada PNP-Angamos, 2016. El estudio es de tipo observacional, transversal y descriptivo. La muestra estuvo conformada por 700 pacientes. Se utilizó el instrumento SERVQUAL modificado dado por el MINSA para determinar la satisfacción del paciente Se concluyó que el grado de satisfacción de los pacientes que recibieron un servicio odontológico en la clínica odontológica PNP-Angamos, 2016 fue insatisfecha (88,6%; 622 de 702), además la mayor frecuencia de pacientes que estuvieron satisfechos atendidos en la clínica odontológica especializada PNP-Angamos, 2016, según el sexo fueron mujeres (6%; 42 de 317). El presente estudio dio como conclusión que la mayoría de pacientes que recibieron un servicio odontológico en la clínica odontológica especializada PNP- Angamos, 2016 estuvieron insatisfechos.	es_ES
