Work overload and satisfaction in the nursing staff of the emergency service of the hospital two of May - 2021

Abstract

Objective: To determine the relationship between work overload and satisfaction in the nursing staff of the Emergency Service of the Dos de Mayo Hospital - 2021 Materials and methods: The approach that frames the study is quantitative, of a basic type, while the scope is descriptive-correlational, with a non-experimental, cross-sectional design. The selected study sample will be 50 nursing professionals who work in the Emergency Service of the Dos de Mayo Hospital. The technique will be the survey and the instruments will be the check list in the case of work overload and the questionnaire with regard to satisfaction.

Objetivo: Determinar cuál es la relación entre sobrecarga laboral y satisfacción en el personal de enfermería del Servicio de Emergencias del Hospital Dos de Mayo – 2021. Materiales y métodos: el enfoque que enmarca el estudio es cuantitativo, de tipo básica, mientras que el alcance es descriptivo-correlacional, con diseño no experimental, transversal. la muestra de estudio seleccionada será de 50 Enfermería que laboran en el Servicio de Emergencias del Hospital Dos de Mayo. la técnica será la encuesta y los instrumentos serán el check list en el caso de sobrecarga laboral y el cuestionario en lo que respecta a la satisfacción.
