Quality of life in patients with tuberculosis, Centro de Salud Ermitaño Alto, Independencia, Lima, 2020

Abstract

The objective of this study is to assess the level of quality of life of patients with tuberculosis at the Ermitaño Alto Health Center, Independencia, Lima, 2020. According to the methodology established by Hernández and Mendoza; This research presents a quantitative approach, because statistics will be used to study the variable, on the other hand the design was non-experimental, which is defined when the researcher does not manipulate the variables but studies them in a natural context, also The study is descriptive because it will describe the variables among their main characteristics, for a greater understanding of the problem. We work with a total population of 60 patients belonging to the health center's tuberculosis program. The WHOQOL-BREF questionnaire instrument is used.

El objetivo del presente estudio es Valorar el nivel de la calidad de vida de los pacientes con tuberculosis del Centro de Salud Ermitaño Alto, Independencia,Lima,2020. Según la metodología establecida por Hernández y Mendoza; esta investigación presenta un enfoque cuantitativo, porque se utilizara la estadística para el estudio de la variable, por otro lado el diseño fue el no experimental, el cual se define cuando el investigador no manipula las variables sino que las estudia en un contexto natural, asimismo el estudio es tipo descriptivo porque describirá la variables entre sus características principales, para una mayor comprensión del problema. Se trabaja con una población total de 60 pacientes pertenecientes al programa de tuberculosis del centro de salud. Se utiliza el instrumento cuestionario WHOQOL-BREF.
