Nursing care quality and family satisfaction of the neonatology service and neonatal UCI of a national hospital, Lima 2022.

Abstract

The present project aims to determine the relationship between the quality of nursing care and family satisfaction, of the Neonatology Service and Neonatal ICU of a National Hospital, Lima 2022; It is also a quantitative study, with a hypothetical / deductive method, likewise the study is of a basic type with a non-experimental descriptive correlational design with a cross-sectional section, in the case of the population it was made up of 149 relatives of the Neonatology Service and Neonatal ICU of a National Hospital, Lima 2022 and a sample of 108 relatives. The instruments used were two questionnaires, one to measure the quality of care created by the author Sisalema, which had a reliability of 0.961 and another to measure family satisfaction prepared by the author Medina, with a reliability of 0.839. Results: 12.0% perceive poor quality of care, 56.5% regular and 31.5% good. It was also found that 11.1% of family members have low satisfaction, 68.5% have medium satisfaction, and 20.4% have high satisfaction.

El presente proyecto tiene el objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre la calidad de atención de enfermería y la Satisfacción del paciente

Familia, del Servicio de Neonatología y UCI Neonatal de un Hospital Nacional, Lima 2022; asimismo es un estudio de enfoque cuantitativo, de método hipotético/deductivo, de igual manera el estudio es de tipo básica con un diseño no experimental descriptivo correlacional con un corte transversal, en el caso de la población fue conformada por 149 familiares de del Servicio de Neonatología y UCI Neonatal de un Hospital Nacional, Lima 2022 y una muestra de 108 familiares. Los instrumentos que se utilizaron fueron dos cuestionario uno para medir la calidad de atención creado por el autor Sisalema, la cual tuvo una confiabilidad de 0.961 y otro para medir la Satisfacción del paciente

Familia elaborado por el autor Medina, con una confiabilidad de 0,839. Resultados: el 12.0% perciben una calidad de atención mala, el 56.5% regular y el 31.5% buena. Asimismo se halló que el 11.1% de los familiares tienen una satisfacción baja, el 68.5% media y el 20.4% presenta una satisfacción alta.
