Factors associated with the mental health of the nursing staff of a national hospital in Lima - 2022.

Abstract

Objective: To determine the factors associated with the mental health problems of the nursing staff of a National Hospital in Lima, in the year 2022. Material and methods: The methodological approach used was quantitative, non-experimental, cross-sectional, hypothetical deductive. The sample was 85 nursing graduates from a National Hospital in Lima, being selected by inclusion and exclusion criteria of the research. To measure the levels of stress, anxiety and depression in nursing staff, the DASS-21 instrument was used, which includes 21 questions grouped into 3 dimensions. Where it concluded that there are no factors associated with the mental health problems of the nursing staff of a national hospital in Lima - 2022.

Objetivo: Determinar los factores asociados a los problemas de salud mental del personal de enfermería de un–Hospital Nacional de Lima, en el año 2022. Material y métodos: El enfoque metodológico utilizado fue cuantitativo, no experimental, de corte transversal, hipotetico deductivo. la muestra fue 85 licenciados de enfermeria de un hospital Nacional de lima, siendo seleccionadas por criterios de inclusion y exclusion de la investigación. Para medir los niveles de estrés, ansiedad y depresión en personal de enfermeria, se utilizó el instrumento DASS-21 el cual comprende 21 preguntas agrupados en 3 dimensiones. Donde concluyo que no existen factores asociados a los problemas de salud mental del personal de enfermeria de un hospital nacional de lima- 2022.
