Psychosocial risk factors and work stress in the Independencia volunteer fire company - 2021

Abstract

Objective: "To determine the relationship between psychosocial risk factors and occupational stress in the volunteer firefighters of Independencia – Lima 2021."

Methodology: This research has a quantitative, descriptive, and correlational approach with a cross-sectional design. The study's sample population consists of 50 active firefighters serving in the volunteer fire department.

Data Collection Technique and Instrument: The technique used will be a survey. The instrument used is the "ISTAS (COPSOQ model adapted by Abanto)" questionnaire, a Likert scale with 20 items, and the "Occupational Stress" questionnaire by Hernández, Ortega, and Reidl, adapted by Abanto, a Likert scale with 38 items.

Procedures: Data collection will be carried out at the volunteer fire department.

Statistical Analysis: The data will be analyzed using Microsoft Excel 2010 and SPSS 22 to represent the variables graphically, and for the association, the Chi-Square test of Pearson will be applied.

Objetivo: “Determinar la relación entre los factores de riesgos psicosociales y el estrés laboral en la compañía de bomberos voluntarios de Independencia – Lima 2021” Metodología: la presente investigación tiene un enfoque cuantitativo, descriptivo, correlacional de corte transversal, la población muestral del estudio es de 50 bomberos activos que prestan servicio en la compañía de bomberos voluntarios, Técnica e instrumento de recolección de datos: Se empleará la técnica de la encuesta. El instrumento utilizado es el cuestionario “ISTAS (Modelo COPSOQ adaptado por Abanto”, escala tipo Likert con 20 ítems y el cuestionario “estrés laboral es de Hernández, Ortega y Reidl” adaptado por Abanto, escala tipo Likert con 38 ítems. Procedimientos: la recolección de datos se realizará en la compañía de bombero voluntarios. Análisis estadístico: Se utilizará el programa de Microsoft Excel 2010 y Spss 22 para representar los gráficos de las variables y para la asociación será mediante la prueba de Chi Cuadrado de Pearson
